Hole 6

sixth hole panorama

At one hundred and thirteen metres, the sixth hole par three is the shortest hole on the course and the location where a "hole in one" is most likely.

For straight shooters the correct club choice will land the ball nicely in the middle of a saucer shaped green, where a good line and steady pace will see the second shot drop sweetly into the hole.  If the pin is placed near the front of the green the downhill putt will challenge your ability to read the pace.

For the rest of us, a left draw will bring the bunkers on the left side of the green into play and faders have to deal with the large gum trees that overhang the right side of the fairway.
